Your rent covers all bills—Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, water, and contents insurance—so you don’t need to worry about extra costs.

How close is Truro to the universities?

Sheffield Hallam University is just a 5-minute walk away, and the University of Sheffield is around 25–30 minutes on foot.

Can I live with friends?

Yes. If you’d like to share with friends, let us know when booking and we’ll do our best to arrange it.

Do I need a guarantor?

If you want to pay in instalments, you’ll need a UK-based guarantor. If you don’t have one, you can choose to pay your rent in full.

Is there bike storage or parking?

Yes, there’s secure bike storage on site. Limited parking may also be available—please check with the team.

Are there social spaces?

Yes. You’ll have access to lounges, a games room, study areas and an outdoor courtyard. Perfect for relaxing, working or socialising.

What happens if something goes wrong in my room?

Our on-site team is here to help with maintenance and support throughout your stay.

Can I stay over summer?

Yes, you can extend your tenancy into the summer, subject to availability.
